Surfing: Northland's stars shine
The weekend's hot and cold weather played into the hands of Northland surfers competing in the Hyundai Tour at Sandy Bay, with Mimiwhangata's Paul Moretti turning up the heat amid Saturday's surf.
Moretti, former New Zealand Junior surfer, dominated the junior men's semifinal on day two of three at the Hyundai Tour, scoring 18.0 out of a possible 20.
