Sunny fun for all at gala for hospice
Hundreds of people enjoyed plenty of sun and fun at the People in the Park gala at Kensington Park, Whangarei, yesterday.
The event was a six-hour extravaganza raising funds for North Haven Hospice.
Among those having a ball at the event were Catherine Skinner (left) along with Becky and Jeremy Hay.
Entertainment included a reggae band, jazz band, kapa haka, market stalls, sports exhibitions and food stalls, all in glorious sunshine.
